Benefits of Good Grooming for Your Pets
Regular grooming is essential to your pet’s good health. It should start in puppy or kittenhood so your pet learns to accept and even enjoy it. Grooming involves coat brushing and care, but at Pet's Best Friend it also includes attention to ears, eyes, teeth, mouth, skin and feet. The benefits of proper grooming include:
- Fewer skin, eye, ear and paw pad problems
- More effective external parasite control
- Fewer shedding problems
- Fewer unsightly, malodorous mats
- Earlier detection of potential health problems
- Acclimation to handling
- Comfort for your pet
